How Can I Help?

LETS TALK!

Discreet and Safe Consult

There are a number of things that might bring you to counselling but in my experience its usually because nothing else seems to be helping with the issues that are troubling you.

Talking to someone who is not a friend or relative can help you gain a new perspective and make appropriate changes with more confidence.

Every relationship goes through disillusionments. But there are some warning signs you should not ignore:

  • Are you thinking about separating from your partner?

  • Does every conversation turn in to an argument or hostile silence?

  • Have you lost the connection that you’ve always had?

If you’re reading this, you’ve already taken the first step towards making your relationship healthier. The next step is to see me for Couples Counselling.

Couples Counselling is designed for couples that:

  • want their relationship to succeed

  • are willing to try and make things better

  • would like a meaningful connection with their partner, including harmony, closeness, appreciation and desire

During counselling, you’ll learn tools that will enable you to see the bigger picture, let go of resentment and build a relationship which makes you both happier.

Take advantage of a complimentary 30 minute consultation. This is not a counselling session, but it will give you the opportunity to meet me and for you to ensure that you are comfortable working with me.

I will be happy to answer any questions you may have and if you are feeling anxious or nervous you will hopefully be reassured. Through the counselling relationship I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental environment in which to explore the issues that are troubling you as a couple or individual.

My Story

A Passion for the Institute of Marriage

A passion for the Sacrament of Marriage, I joined Marriage Encounter in 2008 on a National Level, working with Christian couples, in conjunction with the Catholic Church assisting hurting and disillusioned marriages as well as struggling relationships.  I am a Level 4 Counselling Therapist and assist Marriage, Couples, Relationships and Families in distress.  I am committed to helping couples that value their relationship and desire a richer, fuller life together. I am here to teach the tools needed to keep Marriages strong with an approach aimed at revitalising your relationship.

It’s no secret that the foundation of a healthy relationship is open communication and willingness to look for a solution that works for you both.  No one expects any of us to be experts in communicating, only to wish to become better at it, both in sharing and listening. We can only try to develop the skills to express emotions in a healthy way if we are dedicated to it.

When you share your feelings and encourage each other to do the same, it has numerous benefits for the relationship’s success and durability.
